Water Sports

Beach and Water Sports- The Sassafras River and Chesapeake Bay are Grove Points back yard. On over 1/3 mile of exposed beach, guests can explore the indigenous beetle cliffs, wild life and 60 foot exposed well. At Grove Point you can rent our fun recreational kayaks and for $5. Girls during summer camp use our fun Sunfish Sailing boats and Stand up Paddleboards. Paddle along the shore and explore the natural wild life, like crabs and fish. A trained facilitator
is required for Girl Scout groups.
